LDK

Aoi Nishimori lives alone in her own apartment and likes it that way. Then Shusei Kugayama, the most popular boy at her school and the one who coldly turned down her best friend, moves in next door. A chain of accidents later, the two of them end up sharing a single apartment, and must keep it secret from everyone they know. Living under one roof turns their relationship into constant friction: arguments over chores and space, sudden unexpected kindnesses, and feelings Aoi does not want to admit to anyone, least of all herself. Shusei is hard to read, and every time she thinks she understands him, he surprises her again. Ayu Watanabe's romance became one of the best-loved shoujo series of its decade and inspired live-action films. Funny, swoony and full of everyday detail, LDK follows two very different people as their secret becomes harder to hide.
