Wash It All Away

Wakana Kinme runs a small laundry service in the seaside town of Atami, where her care for customers' clothes has earned her the affection of the neighborhood. She knows her work well, enjoys the local hot springs and builds friendships through the ordinary requests that arrive at her shop. What she cannot recover so easily is the memory of her own past. The garments entrusted to Kinme Cleaning carry traces of other people's lives, making each job more than a matter of removing a stain. This gentle everyday story follows skilled work, growing connections and the comfort of a familiar place, with Wakana's unanswered personal questions quietly in the background.
