Mobile Suit Gundam 0079
Kidou Senshi Gundam 0079
Synopsis
War between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon reaches the space colony where Amuro Ray lives. Forced into the cockpit of the experimental Gundam, he joins the people escaping aboard White Base. Survival soon means fighting in a conflict none of its young crew were prepared to inherit. Kazuhisa Kondo adapts the original Mobile Suit Gundam television story with a strong emphasis on machines and warfare. Amuro's encounters with enemy pilot Char Aznable unfold alongside the strain of combat, divided loyalties and the growing abilities that make him valuable to the military.
